Level 0 is non-automated manual driving, levels 1-2 are automatic braking,

3. First of all, you don't have to have a car.
When the "Robot Taxi" unmanned autonomous taxi becomes widespread, you will call a robot taxi on your smartphone and take you to your destination!
The number of people owning private cars has dropped dramatically,
