成功者は反省しない！？

おはようございます。
今日東京は少しどんよりとした空模様ですね。
今にも雨が降りそうです。



昨日はまたお休みをいただいておりましたが、
また知人からとてもためになる話を聞きました。



それは、「成功者は反省をしない」ということ。



「反省しない」というのは失敗したときに何も
考えないという意味ではなく、「ああすれば良かった」と
後悔する代わりに、「じゃあ次はこうしよう！」と
失敗を前向きに捉えることができるということだそうです。



経営者に限らずこれは世界中で活躍している
プロのスポーツ選手にも言える話だそうで、
成功するスポーツ選手は皆が皆、「失敗」を「前向き」に
捉え、「じゃあ次はこうやってやるぞ！」と本当に
ポジティブに考えることができるそうです。



あの世界のイチローもそうみたいですよ！



「反省することに意味はなくて、失敗をどう次に活かせるかが
重要なんだって！」と友人は言っておりましたが、
確かに過去の失敗をクヨクヨ考えることに意味ななさそうですね。



「失敗」は「練習問題」だと捉えた上で次にどうそれを
活かせるのかを考え、どんどんレベルアップしていきたいですね☆

How is everyone this morning?
It's very cloudy today in Tokyo and it's about to rain.


Today I love to share with you a great story which my 
friend told me yesterday.


That is, "successful men never regret."


This does not mean that successful men do not
think anything when they make a mistake.
But it means that instead of regretting and say something like
"I should have done that," bla bla bla,
 they think "I will try another way next time."



It does not reply only to business owners, but also
professional players who are playing actively in the world.



Many of successful players take failures positively
and think, "This time I may have made a mistake but
I will do much better next time!"



Ichiro also thinks this way.



My friend said to me yesterday that it's more important
to think how failures can be made use of than to
think something over.


It's true because there seems to be no point in
regretting something.



Let's think failures as practice and upgrade ourselves!
